2.9 stall when clutch is pressed

My 2.9 liter stalls when I press on the clutch. It's kind of sluggish to start when I have the clutch pressed. Once I release it during start up it idles fine. Only codes I get is #6 cylinder. Which I figure is a bad injector. The clutch and slave are brand new. Any ideas?

How do you get a code for cylinder 6 these arent advanced enough to throw individual cylinder codes?
