What radiator is that? stock 4.0 it looks like?

Its a stock 1996 Explorer Radiator..Its a 3 core where most of the Ranger
4.0's look like 1 or 2 core

I've got a 95 in the same color...spent a little while thinking about getting a stepside bed and dropping in a 5.0.



Then I realized I had better save up for a garage to do it in first

I put the Motor and Tranny in at buddies shop....Then the rest was done outside..I just bought the Carport a week ago..Which I badley could have used in the swap! Check out my build thread..I posted a link a few days ago.

That thing looks bad ass! That's what I want to do eventually is a 5.0 and 5 speed into a 2 wheel drive ranger... only difference is that I want a red one!! Haha

No the bumper is off the 1997 Mountaineer that I swapped the engine from....I wanted to do a 5 speed ....but honestly this Automatic is dangerous enough on the wet pavement!
