Welp, I got some more pictures of the headache rack. More complete this time. I gotta do a few more things to it metal fabrication wise than I'll start on the electrical process! I got break, so I won't be able to touch it for a couple weeks.
Here are some more pictures. I didn't get a chance to upload some past pics of it so here we go:
First, got me some metal for around $120.
Than I cut out the brackets to size
About 2 weeks later, I began the process!
I welded the side bars, than I started to cut out the holes on the top bar to fit in the lights.
I already have all the holes cut out including having the 6 prong connecter hole all cut out! Also have the holes cut out to run the wires all through the rack.
Than I started doing all my wiring for the turn signals, tail lights, and stop lights. I installed a 7 prong because it has more plug ins to put in than a 6 prong does. Here are some pics of the wiring!
Here are the lights that will be installed in the top bar of the headache rack!
The terminal block that will connect all the lights together from the 6 prong plug on the headache rack.
The 6 prong connector that i already wired together on the wiring I did earlier! this will plug into the headache rack's 6 prong plug to have a quick disconnect.
I love this crimp and automatic wire stripper tool! Makes life so much easier!
