1993 Splash build

Not much of an update but I got my other lower coil bucket fabbed up tonight and one of my upper coil retainers.

Anybody know what size and length bolts are needed for stock body mount bushings?

Body lift is DEFINITELY coming off. Got my shaft clearanced tonight and checked for rubbing. Ended up cutting 3/16" off the slip shaft because that was binding. Got one side completely buttoned up and the tire on. Jacked up the other side so it was even and I have 14" between the top of the tire and the middle of the wheel well. WAY too tall.

Looks good!!! Any side shots?

patience, grasshopper! I shall have the suspension buttoned up besides the crossmember and steering by the end of today. :D

Come on, what's taking so long you slacker! :D Btw, if you don't want to buy another set of coils, you can cut the coils 1/2 a coil at a time til you get the desired height :icon_thumby: keep up the good work...

Well I got the truck sitting on all 4's with new springs and front leaf spring hangers. I dont have as much lift as I thought I would. They netted me right around 5-5.5" of lift, which is perfect. I have to re-do my one lower coil bucket retainer as it's binding up on the coil and making it sit higher on that side.

Kool! Got Pics :D

Dam that looks good!!! You should keep the body lift!! love the height

I'm going to run a 2 inch body lift with new body bushings which will still give me about the same height as I have now. I need to fab up a hinged drop plate for the front when I'm driving it on the street for legality issues. When I offroad, I'll just flip it up and wing nut it fast.

how much do you think new body bushings will add
