It looked half the size of the other ones that were right across from me, they were monsters. It must be out of touch.

Strange surroundings for Lincoln, he woke me up to take a walk at 4:30AM. Then he peed on my mud flap, but I got a good picture of the Night Ranger.

Maybe he was telling me “screw this truck stuff, let’s go home!“

I’d like to thank the Academy, my family, my friends and mechanics…

Second place in the category “weird little 2WD crap that doesn’t fit into any normal category” category.

The parade is supposed to start about 11, and I’ll get a picture at the podium, and then I’m on the road for the 12 hours back to Atlanta

Left the Carlisle Fairgrounds at 12:30, and rolled into my driveway at 12:45.

I think I might’ve actually made it in 10 or 11 hours, except there was a really bad accident just north of the North Carolina border, apparently a fatality, a real mess. One of those times when they just close the highway and you literally have to just sit there. Everybody cut off their cars and were actually milling around talking to each other for over an hour, me too. Lincoln was very popular for a moment.

So I had no issues driving up this time, and I had no issues driving home this time. After careful reflection, I like it when I drive 1500 miles, and I have no issues, regardless of good stories inspired by breaking down in the middle of the night in the middle of nowhere….

But I will say this, it would not have been possible without my loyal wingman. Unlike me, he likes to stay in the shadows.

Thank you. I wish I remembered where I got it. I got five shirts like that, patriotic theme, for $25 somewhere about four or five years ago. I just wanted them for when I go to the store or whatever because I’m bad about just wearing a T-shirt these days.

I’d like to have some more. Every place I go I get compliments, and they ask me where I got it, and I have to tell them I have absolutely no idea!
