1984 Ranger Shifter help!

Hello all!

I bought an 1984 ranger back in August and have been having problems with the shifter since. My brother repaced it in September and by March it was so loose i have to repace it again. Does anyone know where to buy or get a hold of a 4 speed manual shifter? The truck is sound besides that.

Any help is appreciated!
