-19 offset on 31 2WD?

Ive been looking through these threads and cant find anything conclusive.. im looking at some scale 4x4 wheels 15x8 with -19 offset.. im on stock coils and want to put 31s along with these wheels.. has anybody had issues with rubbing with this setup? I want that aggressive poke that most people put on their rangers

Most people definitely don't have aggressive poke. Mabey those who wanna look "cool"... But... That level of 'StanceBoi' is undeniably hard on components, makes the vehicle less capable, it's hell on paint, AND it's gonna make girls giggle at you in all the wrong ways lol.

Regardless.. -19 won't get you there, as that offset equates to 3.75" of backspace on that width wheel. Stock ranger wheels generally have 4.5" backspacing.

I have 8" wheels with 3.5" of backspacing on my 96 and the outer lip of the wheel is pretty much exactly flush with the lip of the fenders.

Whats your definition of aggressive? If you want the wheel an inch outside the fender you're gonna need to buy a set with -40ish offset.. 2 inches out would require nearly -65. Consider the SECTION width of your tires as well.. if your tires have a section width of 10".. that'll make the middle of your sidewall hang out past the lip of the wheel by 1".

Yea like .5-1 inch maximum passed the fender, i dont want it to look crazy.. im on stock height (coil suspension) and the lift wont be for a while.. my main concern with -19 is will it rub.. i have 31x10.50r15 on factory wheels (i think its a +12 offset) with 0 rubbing .. so from your experience -19 will not have any poke? Maybe flush? .. srry for the noob questions i just got my ranger a year ago bro lol... these are the ones im looking basically same wheel just different label
