Thats outta a saleen truck. No idea on value but im guessing its worth quite a bit.

Dollar per mile an hour?

That's pretty cool.

Side note, been driving 1st gen trucks since... 2006? or so? and have never had one that I felt comfortable enough in to top out the normal 85mph speedo ?

Your 2.3 couldnt even cover half that sweep :ROFLMAO:
Your wrong...
If you put it in, that maens it WILL go 140 mph.
Just like more chrome=more speed
New seats=more speed.
New wheels'more speed.
140 mph speedo means it will go at least 140 mph.
See, simple!!!
Grumpaw

If you box it up and send it to me with a fifty dollar bill.......I would take the time to install it in my truck.

I paid $100 for my last Ford Motorsport speedometer.

Here it is in my truck:

That's NOT the same as the Saleen speedometer. Different font style, number spacing, and logo...

Here's the Saleen unit:

Well i stand corrected then. Coulda sworn that was in the saleen trucks.

I like the ford one better honestly

I've seen Ford Motorsport speedos on Ebay for $300-$500.

Please post here first when you come up with a dollar amount!

These things are worth what you're willing to pay. They have no true value... a guy trying to restore a truck that had said part, might pay way more than a guy who just wants one for "cool" factor. Same with any antique, its not based on any logical reason of price, just what people are willing to spend. Its worth a 1/1000th of a cent in metal, go from there. The Mona Lisa is a peice of canvas with zero actual value... its worth what someone wants to pay for it.
