Getting ready to replace the subframe over my fuel tank. Rotted out where it meets the straps.
It occurred to me that frame alignment may be an issue during replacement. Have any of you guys done this or another subframe replacement before? Did you have an issue with alignment? Not sure if I’m being paranoid or not.
I’m thinking I can just use ratchet straps on either side and 2x4s or something inbetween the rails to ensure proper alignment. Thoughts?
