04 3.0, pats issue probably 🤔

I have an 04 3.0 ranger i was driving down the road, well I went down a road that was bumpy and I lost engine power, I found that the ignition fuse was blone, I replaced the electric starter switch and that stopped blowing the fuse, now the pats light is solid, could the key could it be the transceiver was shot as well

There was a wire hitting metal that got hot, im wondering if that would of burnt it
