03 ranger 2.3 cams

does anyone know anything about punching out the stock head with larger valves and doing cams in a 03 with no check engine light..is it possible

I don't know about bigger valves, but a little porting and chamber polishing, with a set of Crower stage1 cams and no light on mine sounds good with a little more giddyup. I also did a lot more than that
