My saturn ran fine for 15k ish miles with a blown head gasket till the radiator plugged up. Never had a problem with spark or fuel. Could depend on what part of the gasket is blown I suppose. If its shooting coolant into the cylinder you would assume it'd be like old waterd down gas. Or like a missfire
