I ran across BFG ATs for my jeep for 75/piece.

Right above some weird butterfly things.

When I bought my 1st-gen Tacoma (RIP), it came with a brand new set of these. They were ok but sucked in the rain (about what you’d expect from any M/T), and they did wear noticeably fast; I probably would’ve gotten 25-30k out of them if I had kept them, but I sold the set and got some Michelin LTXs. Overall, I think they were ok, but for a daily driver I’d rather have reputable name brand tires on my truck. Trail truck? Farm truck? Yeah, why not.

Those look like they'll be real loud.
Checkout Americus Rugged ATR tires. There awesome, and for about $132 a tire, PS there more now in price. I got the 31s for my 93 Ranger. Love these tires.

Lotta tires are made in China lately. I try to avoid them. Cooper and their bargain brand Mastercraft are still made in the USA.

Cooper is owned by Goodyear...

I had one set of AT3's and was not very impressed.

I have them on my Ranger now. Performance-wise they're fine but wearing out faster than I'd like.
I'll just spend less on Mastercraft's next time. They have one with a tread very similar to the Falken Wildpeak.

Cooper/Mastercraft tires are a mixed bag. I've had good ones and bad ones. The AT tires I had by them a number of years ago were great at first and down right scary on wet roads a few years later. They no longer make that model. Their all season and winter tires were fine. I've never used their mud tires. Jim seems to like them.

I had a set of the Jeep Rubicon BFG MT's on my F-150 first. Left those on the 17's and put the Coopers on my set of 16's because 16's were cheaper despite being the same OD. Within a couple years two of the BFG's and sneaked their way back onto the truck as the Coopers blew belts. When the third Cooper did its thing I went to Falkens and never looked back.

Interesting.
I’ve always had really good experience with cooper and master craft. Never had a Goodyear product that was worth it’s weight in trash.

The copper discoverer AT is my favorite LT tire.
