Need some assistance on which shocks to purchase. Have always used skyjacker shocks on my 94 rwd ranger. It's been around 4-5 years since my shocks were last done, always liked the n8000 series. Getting close to replace them again, and found procomp es9000 and steering stabilizer for 170.00 online. All the skyjacker and steering stabilizer are 260.00..i always replace the stabilizer each time all shocks are replaced. I am not familiar with procomp..is that a good deal or save more and use skyjacker again. My truck is equipped with a skyjacker 6" coils and 1.5" coil spacers, etc..and many other goodies.

Bilstein is out of my price range. An old friend has a ranger with a full skyjacker 6" lift..he put new skyjacker shocks on it 6 months ago, and he said I can have them...same exact numbers as my current shocks. The 4.0 took a dive a few months ago. The truck is being sent to the junkyard. They will be removed soon, and they will be installed on mine.
