Looks like that's the piece for the passenger side back corner of the truck between the wheel arch and taillight

That is the part... except the one you linked to is for the right side (aka: passenger side)

I've seen some people just pop-rivet the replacement panel over top of the rusted out section....

I'd rather do it the right way which involves cutting out where the replacement panel goes and either flanging the existing sheet metal and welding it in or doing a butt-weld to put it in, then smooth out the welds and use some glazing putty to clean it up before painting. It'll look like factory if done right.

yea well i need both sides anyways. mines really beat up from trail rash. and i will need some new ones to get her saftey done. then again with the choptop she might not even pass at all. thanks for the help
