Well today I saw a....

I was driving down the highway and saw a Ford Excursion on a dolly sitting halfway across the road with a Texas State Trooper looking at it.

There wasn't a tow vehicle anywhere around.

Which leads me to wonder.....

Did the dolly disconnect from the tow vehicle as it was going down the road?

And if so, what kind of reaction is the person going to have when they finally stop and realize they lost it somewhere??
