Hello All,

My 98 3.0 2wd has been having weird issues lately. After the truck has been sitting for a few days and I start it, the clock is always a few hours off and the pcm (computer) feels like it has been reset (truck runs a little rough). I reprogram the clock every time, but sure enough, it's a few hours off the next time I start the truck. In addition the dome light doesn't come on after the truck has been sitting turned off for a few hours unless I turn the ignition on, but this has been happening for as long as I've owned it (5 years). Currently has around 142000 miles. There are no check engine lights or any other issues with the truck. The battery is a year old and doesn't seem weak. Could this be a relay or fuse issue? Possibly alternator? Any ideas appreciated. Thanks!
