Upper Intake Manifold Gasket location

I ordered an intake manifold gasket kit and see the round gaskets, referred to as the lower intake manifold gaskets.

The kit also has other gaskets referred to as the "upper" gaskets. I am wondering where the large black one gets installed.

Is there another location?

Intake gasket sets typically come with the throttle body gasket.

Perhaps the picture is wrong...
