Unknown Wire

I was pulling plugs when this gray wire (see attach.) got disconnected but I don't know from where? It runs under the heater core housing and blower motor and maybe enters the cab. The blower motor still runs so it's something else.

Its not a wire, its the hose that connects to the heat / bypass control valve, in your picture the valve is just to the right of your hand and has heater hoses going to it, the hose connects to the back / bottom of the valve, if you look close you should be able to see the port where this hose connects

From your description this hose connects to the back/bottom of the round, gray disc with the little "spokes"?

Yes Sir, sounds like you have found it from my less than stellar description, Should easily plug onto the back / bottom of that valve, it is the only port on it & I think mine has an elbow on it.
