On my 95 extended cab, if i put fiberglass fenders with a 3.5" bulge on the front will I be able to fit 33s with no lift?

I have 30s on my 94 with no lift and have plenty of room. Am planning on going 4" lift and 34 or 35s when I can justify the expense of regearing.

You also need to pay attention to what gearing is in your diffs when you get above 30" tires.
