Um... I hate to burst your bubble, but those have been in the works for about three years now. Most likely just an idea that will never come to light.... AGAIN!
the us military is testing them as we type.. they were designed to be used on the humvee's and if they work they will make sertian sizes for the general public..

they'd probably end up slapping sidewalls on it. cause they look stupid as hell. great idea though.

Just imagine a sidewall like that packed with dirt.... THAT would be some heavy tire! Honestly though, I can't see that as having any real type of load rating. If they could, it would sure make things interesting. Another problem, how would they "air down"?????????:icon_twisted:
