tail light swap 99 Ranger?

I have a 99' Ranger XLT 4x4, it currently has the red/yellow tail lights. I have seen some FX4 and Edges of the same generation i believe with a red/clear tail light (not aftermarket) does anyone know what/if any years of these are compatible with my 99'?

I am looking for a direct swap tail light, if i have to do some minor wiring i don't mind. My main concern is that it bolts into the truck bed correctly.

I had a 99 sport with red/clear tail. My 2010 didn't have cargo lights at all just a red tail. My 97 however im not sure. If it has clear I will trade with you because I eventually want to go lcd anyway

i have a 2000 and mine has the red/ clear i believe all 2000's are like that maybe thats why you saw some like yours with two color tails

Keep in mind that when they went to the all red lenses in 2000 they went from a 2 bulb tail/signal configuration to a single bulb. You're gonna have some wiring to do to get the newer ones to work.

according to the article above, i just have to drill a hole in the chamber for a 3rd brake light and also carve out a locking tab
