if your worried about gas mileage, you dont want to supercharge, you want to turbocharge. a turbocharger will provide nearly the same mileage your getting now when your out of the boost...but over 200HP when you get on it.

but then again, some 302 guys have claimed around 20MPG as well.

both have their advantages. i think a turbo 3.0 would be more unique.

i meant a turbo 3.0 would be more unique than a 302 swap.

the centrifugal supercharger would be unique, but it WILL lower your fuel mileage considerably.

anyone that thinks a supercharger will get the same or better mileage than a n/a or turbocharged engine has no idea what they are talking about.

im not guessing. its a fact. supercharged engines get worse fuel economy than either turbo or n/a motors.

I recommend a turbo 2.3 or a twin turbo v8 like my ranger 500 to the wheels and mid 20's mpg you can easily get 250-300+ hp for cheap out of the turbo 2.3. People have ran the M5OD 5spd in the ranger with slicks and over 400 hp as well so with a clutch upgrade they hold up well too...
