I installed a receiver hitch on my truck yesterday and now my spare tire will not fit under the bed. The tire hits the hitch and I would need about 3 more inches of room for the tire to swing up into place.
I am thinking I will mount the spare in the bed.
With that do you have recommendations on a spare tire mount that fits in the bed?
Is there another option for mounting the tire somewhere?
The truck is basically stock so I do not have any aftermarket bumpers or a roll bar.

Since realizing circumstances of getting mine out required everything to be near perfect, I have been stuck trying to stuff it under the truck box, which is already stuffed with jacks, jack stands, chock blocks, chains, and tow ropes, which is the only alternative I have short of in back of the cab, behind the seats.
