Rhythmic creaking + shimmy from rear while braking - stuck e-brake?

I've recently noticed an annoying creak from the rear end under braking that is accompanied by a minor shaking feeling. Only occurs when the brakes are applied, and the rhythmic frequency slows with the vehicle's speed. Initially my thought was "warped rear rotor causing the shake + shake causing dried-out bushing in rear suspension to creak", but the rotors look ok and I can't for the life of me reproduce the creak while the truck is standing still. Definitely seems to be coming from the back, though I know it can be tricky to pin stuff like this down. I'm starting to wonder if it could be a sticking e-brake?

What do y'all think?

Warped rotor.

You wont notice a warp visually

Gotcha. That was my initial gut feeling. I’m a laid-back driver (the 4-banger is slow, might as well embrace it), so brakes usually last me a long time, but I’m probably due. I think the last owner did them around 60k and the truck is approaching 120 now.
Any idea where to look for the creak? Sounds like a control arm bushing but I swear it’s coming from the back. It’s an old pickup, whatever, stuff squeaks, but this one is embarrassingly loud.

I would change the rotors first and see if it goes away.

It could be the warpness tweaking the axle funny or something makeing spring bushings do things they dont wanna do.

If your Ebrake was sticking it would be a constant wobble/noise, not just when braking

Gotcha. Yeah, it's almost like the creaking is in time with the shimmy, so that'd make sense if the warped rotor is causing the back to shake laterally. New rotors will be my next move.
