Yeah, should work fine. You might need to tweak.

How about lines for an F-150 or something similar? Honestly, brake hoses are pretty much equal as long as the fitting is the right size at the ends of it.

Extend the rear line? What for? I'm running the stock one still, I just dropped the mount down about 2-3".
I undid the bracket and have it zip tie, jerry rigged. And its fine for wheeling, except for when the whole axle drops away (both tires fall) then it is too short. This doesn't happen very often but, I don't want to take the chance.
