rear axle gears for 2001 Ford ranger/Mazda 2.3

Hello im new to the ranger statiion just wondering if you guys would know what gears to put in my rear end. btw generally alyways hauling 1500lbs+

What are your goals? Supposedly the Duratec/Auto trans trucks all got 4.10s from the factory.

i have 3.73's in my 2.3 longbed,does ok most of the time but id rather have 4.10's when towing/hauling.
