prv valve?

i have a 95 ranger with a 2.3 it has been running bad lately and ive heard that this might be because of the prv valve. can anybody tell me where i would find this on my engine

i have a 95 ranger with a 2.3 it has been running bad lately and ive heard that this might be because of the prv valve. can anybody tell me where i would find this on my engine
what the hell is a prv valve.......could be a lot of things any codes? CEL on? bring the maintenance up and it will probably be all set..

if you mean pcv valve, it's the thing in da middle

its PCV valve. and it would only cause a running problem if it fell out of the vacuum hose or the vacuum hose had a hole in it

its PCV valve. and it would only cause a running problem if it fell out of the vacuum hose or the vacuum hose had a hole in it
Not correct the PCV should be changed regular and is cheap there should be no discussion on if it should be checked just change it and go from there. Take it out of the list of variables and yes put a new hose on if it is loose or hard.
