Just bought a saginaw pump for $50 from rockauto. You guys rock!

To add to this: yesterday (Aug 30) I received all my parts on time. 2 to 3 days for shipping on a full ac system.

Sent from the road while ignoring traffic

My credo
The memories of a man in his old age are the deeds of a man in his prime
Rock Auto is the way to go.
In fact I'm eagerly awaiting to recieve the balance of an order to put
my '88 Ranger Custom back on the road.

I've been using Rock Auto for some time and haven't had issues.
Quick order reciept and the availability of odd parts is a life saver.

Thanks guys and Welcome to TRS!

Wahooo! I've gotten a few things from you over the past few years, glad to see you're here!

When FedEx lost the packing slip to my new cat RockAuto not only dealt with an irate me, but they also sent several copies to the dummies at Fedex to get my package on its way. Excellent customer service! You're my #1 choice for parts!

Welcome Indeed

RockAuto is a great company - one of the first places I check, and I'm in Newfoundland! Excellent inventory, prompt , simple and reasonable cost shipping, and good advice when I needed it - what more can you ask? :icon_thumby:

I am from Nova Scotia, Canada. And even with shipping I saved over 100 dollars(compared to other online sites and parts stores) for new lower ball joints for my truck. I will never shop anywhere else!

ive spent over $700 some dollars last few weeks on rockauto...

management/sales... to whom it may concern- theres three reasons your site is the best-

1) simple. the no frills, expanding tree layout is top notch. it is never confusing as to what you offer for my vehicle, and i always find what i am looking for in an instant.

2) price. if youre not the lowest price, youre at least within the ballpark. you are however almost always lower price than the parts stores, which is very nice. You ship fast enough too that I always get my orders in 2 days... so it's not like I feel a need to go to the parts store usually.

3) product suggestions. One of the handiest, and most impressive features of the site is how it will suggest sister parts, or tools, you will need to install the part I put in my cart. Like, if I put a bulb socket in the cart, your website will direct me to the bulbs for that socket. Or, if I put inner tie rods in, your site will tell me what tool I need to get the old ones off. This has saved me a ton of time. It's like having the guy at the parts store tell me what is commonly purchased with a part I am buying... the only difference is the guy at the parts store is often clueless or wrong.

Please keep improving. I have used you guys for years, and while the tweaks have been subtle on the surface, the things I have noted have been greatly improved since the earlier days. I really appreciate you guys taking a known-working format like you have, and continually improving it.... as opposed to dramatic changes that leave customers confused.
