Its starting if you spray gas in intake?

Probably the relay or inertia switch

Can you hear the fuel pump run when you turn the key on?

Fuel to the rails
Could be: injectors not firing or injectors plugged.
Pull a spark plug and see if it's wet after cranking. I'm betting no on that one.

If the fuel pump is running, and it will fire with fuel dumped in the intake, then you have an injector issues/ecm issues.

Seeing as how its all 6 at once id lean toward ECM, but check the grounds on the injectors, not sure where they are on a 4.0

I would check for injector pulse with a noid light. These injectors are supplied constant power and ground side switched.

Also before you do much of anything else... you NEED to check fuel pressure. Just because the pump is new and runs... doesn't mean you're getting the correct pressure.
