Hey guys you may remember me I won TOTM once (My build thread is in my sig. for that truck which now is sold) I just got another 1987 Ranger! :yahoo:, this time its an extended cab (2.3L of course) - I paid 1400 for her and have already made a junkyard trip to start fixing her up!

Here are a few pics, thanks for looking guys! :icon_thumby:

I plan on getting a spacer leveling kit and running 30's on it, Tint is next along with the shifter bushings.

Troy. :icon_cheers:

Cool!
It's kind of an addiction. I keep looking mine over to see what repairs it needs

Looks rust free! The interior looks great too. I take it you missed your old one?

Yes, I missed my old truck for sure. I'm sorry I got rid of it but financial issues caused me to have to sell it :(

BUT! I have an extended cab so I'm happier with this truck than I was with the old one :) On a side note I was rear-ended this morning by a chevrolet colorado at around 5mph, his truck didn't look too good, split front bumber and trim hanging off of it - my truck had NO damage lol - my ranger won that one lol.

Yea, it won't open without 2 flat-head screwdrivers lol. I have plans to go to the junkyard on saturday and pick another one up - 50% off day!! so it will be 16 bucks for a tailgate :)

Did some more stuff to the truck :)

Spark Plugs, Wires, Rotor, Cap, Upper and lower Radiator hoses, Heater hoses, New radiator cap, New water outlet, New thermostat, New valve cover gasket and while I was in there I decided to paint the valve cover :) I'll be doing more to clean the engine compartment up, I can deffinately tell a difference in the way the truck runs!
