**** 1 Ton Early Bronco Build dana 60, 14 bolt, 44s ****

So I decided this winter to build a new offroader because my explorer needed a motor (3rd 351) another rear ( parts came out of the housing on the 60) and my frame was broke in 5 spots (it has been wheeled hard for 4 years now). So being my dad has tons of Early Broncos I decided to use one of them because I like to take off the doors and roof to run in the summer but then I can't wheel in the winter unless I can just bolt them back on, So a EB is the best of both worlds...hopefully. I've only been on the project about a month so far. Tell me what you guys think ya I know it's not a RBV but it should still be pretty cool I hope.
It's a 71 EB 302, NP435 granny 4spd, NP205 case, 79 Dana60 front 5.13s, 14bolt rear, 44 boggers on custom beadlocks. about 14" of lift and alot of triming.

I'm going to be building my highsteer for my 60 soon. I also dropped the motor and trans down in the frame 2" to help with angles and weight. I plan to build a 12 or 14 pt cage, and a custom tilt front end. I also still got to put all of my onboard air, fuel cell, as well as many other things on it this winter. I hope to have it done of the first ride of the season in mid March

Been working on it alot lately. Sorry no pics I'll post some soon. I got the motor and trans lowered down in the frame 2". All the hangers are made for the springs, bumpers are done. I made new enginge and trans crossmembers and some rockslider braces. I painted the frame, springs and axles tonight. I plan to finish mounting the steering ram tomorrow and make some new driveshafts. Then hopefully this weekend will start cage time. That will be lots of fun.

Update: This this is awesome! It goes almost anywhere without a problem and has onlyt broke on me the first two trips out. Since then I've went on 6 very hard weekend long rides and never had a problem. I made a new 1/4 thick rear diff cover recently becuase I destroyed the stocker. I also built a 203/205 doubler for a project for school so I now have very very low gears. It's gonna be awesome I can't wait to try it out but everyone I wheel with broke all their rigs trying to follow me on the last trailride so now I'm stuck with no one to wheel with untill they get their's fixed up which sucks cause the club I wheel at has over 3ft of snow! that would be alot of fun.

beautiful truck. I did notice you have the stock Warn hubs on there, you're still running 30spline outters? Also, what orbital valve are you using?
