OK. So I measured in a couple places. At the lower control arms I'm little over 11 inches. At the cross member where the skid plate mounts I'm at 12 exactly but the front diff mount is only 11 1/2.

Thank you!

Another thought.

If you don't have advanced 4wd you have a CAD in the front axle. I kinda don't think it was available on a big bend.

If you have advanced 4wd you don't have a CAD, the front axle always turns... like a Ranger.

Ours is advanced with 4.46 gear and 32's and will get very close to 25mpg hwy.

The quest for more ground clearance is a worthy one, Broncos don't have a whole lot. Any way to gain clearance and wheel articulation at the same time would be really good as imo both areas need help.

The advanced 4wd has an auto setting right? I don't have the auto-4.

I'm sure this would of got close to 25 for true highway mileage as long as the speed was reasonable, with either the stock 32s or the 275 wide 32s I had on the ranger.

As of now.. I have mabey 100 miles on the 35"s.. it's been a little more stop and go than usual.. and it's getting 19mpg. Same as the ranger did. I bet it'll end up around 20 after another thousand or so, not too bad.

Got the spare wheel hub bore opened up with a pair of grinders... havnt test fit yet because I'm exhausted and it was pretty far from a fun job lol..

BUT.. I opened the hole up (as 'square' as I could) to 3.75".. factory is 3.60.. so it SHOULD fit fine.

I'd really like to.. but being a good nephew might screw me out of being able to. I agreed to house sit for my aunt and take care of her cats while she goes to Scotland.. she's leaving the middle of August and told me she'd be back 'the beginning of september'... gotta see what date that means lol.

The damn cats are gonna be the death of me I'm sure. At least one of them.

They both just run and hide at the first sign of anyone but my aunt.. and one of them needs insulin shots twice a day -__- it's gonna be interesting to say the least.

Took an impromptu trip Into New Hampshires white mountains today.. managed to do a little wheeling. Not much.... more of a tease than anything but I'll take it.

Gave the Bronc a decent vacuuming today between bouts of rain and Installed the rubber floor mats I snagged using fordpass points. Obviously they couldn't resist putting a big ol mother buckin' emblem on the hump behind the center console lol.

I really wish the drivers mat extended further under the gas pedal.. it was the same story with the rubber mats in the ranger.. the mat stops right underneath the very bottom tip of the pedal when it's at rest.. so in the middle of February when your giving it gas to move down the road all the salty sandy slush on your boots falls right on the carpet -__- I'd like to modify it before winter so it stretches far enough to keep that from happening.
