hey guys, i swapped in a bg 1350 manual Tcase, with the interior front slip shaft. my 5speed ’98 ranger amazingly had the threaded hole for my shifter apparatus already in the adapter then i realized it was not right and didnt fit perfect. so i jimmy’d it to work with welding on pieces of metal.
it shifts now, but by no means smooth.. it doesnt like to slide in to 4Hi, it would rather jump down to N or 4Lo, and then back to 2Hi is a bitch.
so my question is do they sell a new plate with linkage or is it a make it yourself custom job?
i could make it if i had too , its just my DD and with this i want it perfect so i dont end up not fully engaged and grenade my case. OR if any of you manual Tcase guys have made a plate and linkage from scratch, message or post your designs on here! help a brotha out!
