Does anyone know how to plumb these in? I was thinking of tapping into the heater hoses, but I'm not sure I should do that. Any answers out there?

yes, on the 87/88 TC the water tubes that run down the side of the VC have a nipple to feed the water to the turbo, the water return is in the block

But you can plum it in on the inlet side of the heater core and it will be fine
