I replaced pretty much all my steering components, when doing so, i came accross my drop pitman arm and it barely moving side to side. I have a video, but it wont let me post for some reason. So, my question; Is it normal for there to be slight movement coming from the steering box.

No, side to side movement is not normal. It should only rotate. Dropped pitman arms and large tires do aggravate the wear in the bushing in the lower part of the steering box.

The pitman arm splines onto the steering box shaft... then torqued down to create a swedged fit. There should be zero movement between the pitman arm and the shaft.

In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
To show us a video, post it somewhere public like YouTube. Then put the link in your post here.

Can't really tell from the video... but you will need to determine if the looseness is between the pitman arm and splines on the sector shaft... there should be zero movement between the two. Or if the looseness is backlash in the steering box... this can't be too tight... there is an adjustment on the top of the box.

Just by the sound though... it kinda sounds like slop in the pitman arm splines. This would require replacing the pitman arm and/or steering box sector shaft.

I disagree with the above. You can get that adjustment too tight.

Itā€™s definitely not slop in the pitman arm splines šŸ„µ that sucker is on there. I installed all new moog upper/lower balljoints, moog inner and outer tie rod ends, timken spindle rebuild kits, timken wheel bearings inner and outer with timken seals. Brake rebuild kits, r1 ceramic pads and r1 carbon slotted rotors, new warn hubs, and skyjacker steering stabilizer. Nothing moves in my steering now šŸ˜šŸ‘šŸ»šŸ˜ŽšŸ‡ŗšŸ‡ø

Ohh, i almost forgot, does anyone know the torque specs for the inner/outer tie rod ends I couldnā€™t find a torque diagram. This is my first time replacing tie rods.

Confusing wording on my part... You certainly can over tighten a steering box.

It's kinda like saying you can't drive without a driver's license. :)
