My credo
Sometimes you eat the bear, sometimes the bear eats you.
Admitting it is the first step to Rangerholicism. Something about old Rangers that tickle my fancy. Anyone else have the same disease?

My Bronco II purchase last year made a total of 12 for me.

@Shran probably has 12 in his current inventory.

Some people might be inclined to call that "Pimpin'" or "whorin'". Which one were you? LOL

I think im on #5, Ive tried to make this one reminiscent of a ‘70’s full-size ford. Would love to change the front grille /headlights to make that part more 70-ish. Its a 94. ( most of it, lol)

:dunno:
I just like to buy stuff. I’m down to 5 cars/trucks, 2 SxSs, 3 quads... and I’m negotiating a new RV with the wife. I may have to compromise and get rid of a car.

In addition to the 5 RBVs in my sig, I have an Explorer and half of two other Rangers. Technically I still have another Explorer, but it’s mostly stripped at this point, most of its good parts have gone to my green Ranger project.

Then I have two full size trucks and a boat with a 2.3l. I have a line on another full-size and kicking around the idea of picking up something else for general transportation. Plus I want an RV. Oh, and my parents have another Explorer and three Rangers.

In the past I stripped two Bronco II s for parts and sold one Bronco II (which I still kinda regret). A couple years ago I had an argument at the parts store with the knucklehead behind the counter because their computer was wrong and he kept insisting it was right and that I just don’t know what I have (bearing and seal for the rear axle, the one the computer showed for an 8.8” was for a full size, not a RBV). Uh, buddy, I might have enough to be pretty sure of what I’m talking about…

PS. For those who are about to tell me that I have too many projects and shouldn’t buy any more until I get some finished… if I get the one full size I’m shooting for, it’s a long term thing, they are tired of looking at it and I have a place to stash it and we are working on making it happen with little to no cash. RV is some random point preferably within the next two years. Something for transportation keeps getting kicked around, it may or may not happen. Depends partly on if I can get my green Ranger together sometime in the next month or so.
