First thing to do is flush that radiator. It could be blocked up and it might be overheating due to your water pump getting ready to go out. Look for any crap that might come out and then you know it is time to have the raditor cleaned by a shop or replace it. How is the belt looking? Any noise coming from the water pump area?

The ONLY ways an engine can burn coolant are a bad head gasket, bad intake manifold gasket, or a cracked and/or warped head.

You smell antifreeze out the exhaust? That can mean a head gasket or a cracked head as posted above. Any fluid leaking that you can see??

My bet is a weak fan clutch. People never think about them until the blade takes out the hoses, radiator, your wallet etc......

there's no leaks from what i can see but if it was the head gasket or heads wouldn't the oil be milky from water getting in the oil you can tell the smoke coming out the exhaust is condensation.

I have seen head issues that had no milky oil before. It could also be a cracked block. I have seem that happen a few times. The best thing to do is to do a pressure test and find out what is going on. If you don't have any tools take it to a shop and have them do a pressure test.

I second the fan clutch. I've made some good money buyin cars that I knew that's all they needed and flipping them.
