I have been toying around with putting a Dr.Performance on my truck which will increase HP & Torgue .What say you?

I didn't google Dr. Performance... is it some kind of performance chip?

It might be helpful if we knew what it is you're trying to accomplish and what powertrain you have...

It actually reads the ICP (injection control pressure) and gives a higher horse power and torque.Settings are 30hp,60hp,90hp recommended 60 for towing and eliminate lag.

So if I understand how the thing works, it increases boost and injector pressure... on a 15 year old 6.0... hope you're already looking for a new engine before installing it. The 6.0 is already a sketchy motor without screwing with it. It was not the pride of the "powerstroke" name.

If you’re going to do mods to the fuel system, I’d do the blue spring mod too. What it does is replace the stock supply pressure regulator spring with the blue spring originally used in the 4.5l... it bumps the supply pressure about 10 psi or so to help from starving the injectors.
