Is there a good brand for front wheel bearing hub assembly that won't break the bank? Both of my front wheel bearings are out again. I've already replaced both of them once. I don't remember what brand I used, but they were not cheap. I've seen them as cheap as $49 each at carparts.com and as much as ~$300 each for Moog, and everything in between. I don't want to get something cheap, but some of the expensive ones may be overpriced. Any thoughts?

I have been looking around for "wheel bearings" do i have to buy the hub assembly or is there a way to rebuild the hub assembly? i only ask cause rockauto lists a bunch of different bearings when you go to the wheel bearing menu and it gets confusing. for ref. i have a 08' sport 4x4. i went on the ford parts webpage and i could only find the hub assembly.

Rockauto has the Moog or even Timken ones for between 120-160, which is not a bad price. What brand did you use first?

Also, you have to buy the whole assembly for the front, the rear is where bearings can be replaced by themselves.

Longest warranty you can find from a local parts store.

Put the receipt somewhere safe.

2wd has rebuildable hubs, '98+ 4wd are sealed units.
