Heres a Before and after picture of my guages....




And AFTER !



I repainted the Needles and Cleaned off the faces on the guages, It turned out better than I thought !

I painted the dash piece that surrounds them as well, heres a picture of that..... Before....



And After....



I'm having some carpet put into it as well.... And the door pannels redone as well as a new dash pad, mine is all cracked up.

Toonces drives a Ranger . . . . just not very well.
Big difference- good job!

How will you be doing the dash pad; do you have a good original one, or are you using the cover that LMC sells?

looks good, when i first looked at it i was like "how did he tape off all the letters on the gauges when he painted it?", then i saw that you just cleaned it off! huge difference, keep up the good work!

I found a Clean Dash Pad at the Junkyard out of a bronco II that I'm going to have dyed to match the interior. I don't think I want to use the Cap dash pad from LMC, my friend had an 83 ranger and said that it didn't look right so I'll just use the factory stuff and make it look new again !

I'll be starting a build thread on the truck pretty soon, Right now it's all torn apart and getting ready for paint !

nice work!!! looks like new, u may wanna add pedal pads too :icon_thumby:

my cousin has an 87 ranger, he had the upper dash pad custom made, looks really cool.
But original stuff is always better
