I would keep an eye on that upper washer as all the weight is on the unsupported outside edge of the washer.

I've been known to drive some pretty iffy things, but I'd call that unsafe. It should be solid under the spring.

Edit: Like this pic.

See how it's completely solid under the area of the spring mount and/or the insulator?

I'd be inclined to weld both washers together and have them at the top.
Keep an eye on that for sure.

Alright with the shitty homemade spacers out an a fresh inspection sticker on it it's time to start the real work.

Plans now are to redo the interior: new carpet
New door panels
New seat belts
Repaint and repair dash
New speaker wires
New speakers
Heated seats

Exterior: body work
New paint
New wheels
Engine: 4.0 5spd manual transfer case

Suspension: I still have my lift kit off my explorer I plan to use its 5.5 inch lift along with 36 inch swampers

It's gonna take awhile tell this truck is done not only cause it's my dd now but also do to me now haveing twins on the way so progress well be slow hopfuly not though

The rear is done its a shame that it's just blocks

Started the front just need 3 bolts and nuts and I'll have it done

Taking it out

Lift coils are on

All that's left are to put it back together and put my new shocks an extended brake lines on and have the tires mounted on the wheels I could have had it done today but the woman said I had other plans.
