I poop in the furnace.
This one time I was being staked out by some cops so I ordered room service from the hotel I was staying at and had it sent to their car as a distraction, and as the waiter was giving them their food I stuck a banana in their tailpipe. Then I drove off and they tried to follow but their car died. :icon_rofl:

In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
At the shooting range where I use to work, I saw a guy with a brand new black powder revolver and he was trying to load it like a muzzle loader and it look like he was putting the same amount of powder in it as you would for a rifle. I tell the boss and he said go run the trap, and later I here a loud bang and the yelling. the guy ended up trying to shoot it, and it went off and took out the vent fan, so we had to buy a new one, the old one was only 5 months old.
If a little powder is good, a lot must be better.

This isn't from a mechanic shop. In 2008, I worked for a local call center, doing customer care for AT&T wireless. One day, this woman calls in with a problem with her phone. She says "My phone screen is black, and the phone won't do anything. When I plug it in, I see a picture of a battery on the screen, but I still can't do anything". I said to her "OK, Ma'am, powercycle your device for me, please (turn it off, then wait for about 30 seconds, and turn it back on - the first step in troubleshooting). She "turns it off", and the screen comes to life.

Got another one. Same call center, but five years earlier, when I was hired by them for the first time. In training for the job (same job as I would end up doing in 2008), the trainer tells us about a troubleshooting call he took one day. It went like this:

Customer: Every time I go to answer my phone, it turns off
Trainer: Which button do you press to answer the phone.
Customer: The "Press While Ringing" button (PWR).
Trainer: ........

Had a customer insist I was trying to rip him off because I had installed ‘stained blue’ tires on his car.. it was just the protective coating on the whitewalls. Had another guy insist the brakes we sold him for his truck were defective(he did the install at home) turns out he installed the pads backwards, and it had worn the rotors down to the vent ribs
