yes they could be for the CC. Follow some wires from the relays to see where they lead. The TFI on the dist. may be bad. Yes you can use that dist. Go to your local parts store and ask if they rent a fuel pressure tester for fuel injection. If not buy one and hook it up to the schraider valve on the fuel rail to check your pressure. Or you can buy a cheap 1.50 inch fuel pressure gauge for FI and put it on the fuel rail after you have taken out the schraider valve. That way when you start the truck that gauge will tell you what the pressure is. I have one on my rail and I use it all the time to diagnose problems.
