If it doesn't fit, force it!
Was browsing the Ford Racing catalog earlier and noticed these, but hadn't ever heard of them mentioned before, and a search didn't show anything either. I wonder how they would fit in an RBV?

Looks like they'd be away from the steering box, just curious of how they would coincide with a front driveshaft...

$582!!! Yeah... Nope. Not for me.

Obviously you guys haven't looked into the price of Kooks LT's for a 4V Mustang. That price point would be about half the cost lol.

To answer you're question though.....I tend to stay away from Ford racing products. Some of their stuff is really good but a lot of it is just for the name. Such as the letter cams Ford racing offers, they suck compared better cams made by Comp or custom made cams, both of which can be had for very similar prices. I do buy certain things from Ford racing, but I also am deep into Mustangs and I tend to buy aftermarket more so than Ford racing. Ford racing seems to be too conservative for the price they ask. What I mean by that is that there is generally products out there that are of better quality and offer better performance benefits for around the same price Ford racing asks.

The last set of headers that left our shop totaled $1500+, then they were sent to be coated.

You get what you pay for. ...most of the time.

...just not in my budget, especially when I can fab them myself. Although my SBF swap will involve Advanced Adapters headers.
