Fine tuning and need help.

Here goes. I havea 2.9 auto and it will not idle down. Idles at 1100-1200bwarm and when you first start it up it goes up to 1500-1600. Also when driving down the road if your accerlerating but are at almost a constant throttle position you can hear from the exhuast the engine kinda slowly stepping up in the rpms. Every sensor except the ect and maf is NEW. Fuel injectors were taken out and cleaned in ultrasonic cleaner and the flow tested tor even spray. Iac is new, new fpr, idle has been adjusted to .901 volts return. Could it be the ect? Any opinions?

Also new distributor, tfi module, tps.

Edit ; both fuel pumps, and fuel filter are new.

I would pull codes, but that is just me. If you find a code 41, good chance it is a vacuum leak.

I tried pulling codes but didnt get anything but torque converter solenoid a couple days ago? So the ride home goes like this. Start up at work and it revs to 1500-1600 for more than 30 seconds, then i put it in drive and it goes to 1250ish, take off get a stop light right before the interstate and it idles 1150ish or so at it. Run 60-65 mph the whole way home (keep in mind my truck has 4.10's) and it turned 2500-2700, then when i go get off at my exit it slighty pops and crackles in exhuast (not very loud) as its slowing down not touching brake. Idles at 1150ish. Take off and it surges as it accelerates just enough to barely notice it and hear it. I'm stumped?????!!!!????

So dont know if this means anything at all. kknowing that I have cloth seats and carpet, what does it mean when i go to close my door and shocks you? Ground cable or I'm a dumbass?

When my escort was out of alignment, the static charge was so bad that even after I fixed it I tried to always close the door by the glass. It would get you a half inch from the metal, and was bright as hell.
