Does anybody use dot 4 fulll synthetic for their clutch fluid?

No. It won't help or hurt anything. DOT 4 has a higher boiling point than DOT 3 for heavy duty braking. Clutch fluid doesn't get very hot.

DOT 4 also absorbs moisture at a higher rate than DOT 3 and requires more frequent service.

I would not use DOT 4 in my personal vehicles unless I was doing some major towing or racing applications.
