Maybe just the clutch.

Does the compressor clutch ever engage?

Impossible to diagnose from that video clip. There are a number of things in the system that could cause that clutch to not engage. As much as I hate to send anyone to the professionals, I'd recommend taking it to someone with more knowledge to look at in person. With us guessing from that clip, you could end up replacing the entire system when you have a broken wire or bad relay/fuse.

May just need a clutch, sounds like a bad bearing and it looks like the clutch plate is wobbling a bit? Pretty hard to tell from the video, it is pretty short and we need more details on what is going on to help you troubleshoot it.
