Alright well clutch is going in the truck....massive coolant leak...thinking about getting rid of this thing but i love her too much...the coolant leak...we recently replaced the o ring gasket on the thermostat housing...it was good for about almost a 6 months i would say and now there is a massive coolant leak at the thermostat housing again...my dad says that is could be a head gasket issue and it is failing at the weakest point. i cant seem to diagnosis a head gasket problem...not sweet smell. no bubbles in the radiator nothing..so why would the o ring gasket keep failing?

Check the intake bolts to see if they are loose. That is a common problem with the 4.0. If some are excessively loose replace the intake gaskets.
