Sorry forgot the part number question
There will be 2 or 3 part numbers
1985-2011 Rangers all used narrow band heated O2s, or "regular O2s", so the O2s sensors are all the same type
The different parts numbers refer to the length of wires attached to the O2 sensor so its long enough to reach the connector on vehicles wiring harness
Just FYI
In the mid-late 2000's car makers started using "Wide-band" O2 sensors, earlier Rangers never used those, the 2019/20 Rangers do
